Forty-one home games, plus playoffs. After the first one or two it becomes muscle memory.

Parking & Arrival
Lot K East
Families with permanent credentials park in Lot K East, on the south side of the United Center. Guest parking is arranged game-by-game — send names to Zoe in advance.
Credentials
Issued once a season
Send a headshot to Zoe for your season credential. It must be worn to reach the Family Room and talent corridor, and it is valid only at the United Center for Bulls home games. Guests receive single-game credentials.
The Family Room
Below sections 120 / 121
West side of the talent corridor. Food and childcare are provided at every home game. Childcare is run by The Nanny League for all ages, with toys, games, crafts, and entertainment.
Family Section Seats & Tickets
Delivered to the Bulls App
Family seats are generally in the 100 level; locations are set by your player, coach, or staff member. Tickets are shared by text or email and viewed in the Chicago Bulls App.

Pre-game
Doors open 90 minutes before tip
Arrive earlier with your player, coach, or staff member and you can wait in the Family Room or watch warm-ups from the court.

Tip-off
Introductions
Find your seat for the tip-off video and introductions. Kids may stay in the Family Room, but need supervision moving to and from their seats.

Halftime
Fifteen minutes
The busiest stretch in the Family Room. Most families head back.

Post-game
Until the last departure
The Family Room stays open until the last player or coach departs, with light snacks for 30 minutes. Childcare ends when the game does.

Arena policies

Bag policyUnited Center
Small purses and personal bags up to 10″ × 6″ × 2″ only, no backpacks. Exceptions for required medical equipment. Bag check is in Lot J at Wood and Monroe.
Cashless arenaUnited Center
Fully cashless for food, drink, and merch. Mobile ordering is available in the Chicago Bulls App.
Road gamesAway arenas
Tickets and post-game passes are digital; platform and section vary by arena. Work through your player, coach, or staff member, and check each arena's bag policy first.
Family credentials do not work on the road — they are valid only at the United Center.
